  • 3) Quit the use of tobacco and nicotine products.

E. Susanne Koch Craig


“We all have opportunities for small changes, each day.” Being a single mom of 3 children I can understand first-hand how you may not take time out to care for you!

My passion for fitness comes from numerous years of participating and coaching gymnastics. This developed my love of exercise, particularly strength training. I have a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science & Performance Enhancement/Injury Prevention from California University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. And thanks to Trilogy’s awesome benefits, I am currently completing my MBA through Purdue Global.

I love lifting weights, and have competed in body building. I have trained athletes and every branch United States military (excluding Coast Guard), as well as managed fitness centers and worksite wellness programs.  I have taught group exercise for over 20 years, and hold numerous fitness certifications including the American College of Sports Medicine – Exercise Physiologist Certified, National Academy of Sports Medicine – Performance Enhancement Specialist, ACE Gold Level Advanced Medical Exercise Specialist, and several other group exercise and personal training certifications.

Fitness and health is my life, I have over 10 years of experience in health education, fitness instruction and wellness coaching for health corporations and individual clients. Working with extraordinary people to help them achieve a healthy and balanced life and building a health culture is my passion

I am a featured speaker and educator on nutrition, fitness and preventive concepts throughout Louisville. Although I do love working with individuals, my real focus is creating and teaching worksite wellness and working to build a supportive wellness culture.

I am currently involved with local cycling teams and running programs. Completed 3 Full Ironman Triathlons; Completed 3 Trilogy T200’s and looking to complete my fourth virtually soon; Completed 2 Leadville 100 Mountain Bike race in Leadville, CO: Qualified/ran the Boston Marathon; Coordinated Norton KDF Marathon training group for the, 2013- 2017 Derby Festival Marathon
